Producers announced June 27 that original star Lilla Crawford will play her final performance July 28 and that Australian actor Anthony Warlow (Oliver Warbucks) has extended his contract with the production through Dec. 8.

"As we were preparing to cast the next Annie, I realized we had two wonderful candidates already in the orphanage. Both Taylor and Sadie are such unique young actresses, that I decided to let them share the role," said director James Lapine in a statement. "Also, I am thrilled to have the great Anthony Warlow remain as our Warbucks into December. He is one of the finest actors I have had the pleasure to work with."

The schedule of performances for Richardson and Sink as Annie will be announced at a later date. Each 11-year-old actress will play the role of Duffy when not on as Annie.

In other casting news, Annie will welcome Gaby Bradbury (Pepper), Amaya Braganza (July) and Skye Alyssa Friedman (standby for the roles of Duffy, Pepper, July and Tessie) to the cast July 30. Current cast members Georgi James (Pepper), Madi Rae DiPietro (July), Junah Jang (Tessie) and Jaidyn Young (standby for Annie, Pepper, Duffy and July) will play their final performances July 28. Also as of July 30, Tyrah Skye Odoms, currently playing the role of Kate, will play the role of Tessie; Brooklyn Shuck, currently a standby for the roles of Molly, Kate, Duffy, July and Tessie, will play the role of Kate; and Emily Rosenfeld will continue in the role of Molly.

As previously announced, Tony Award winner Faith Prince, who was last seen on Broadway as Ursula in The Little Mermaid, will step into the shoes of Miss Hannigan July 19, succeeding Emmy Award-winning "Glee" star Jane Lynch, who will play her final performance July 14.

The cast also includes Brynn O'Malley as Grace Farrell, Clarke Thorell as Rooster Hannigan and J. Elaine Marcos as Lily St. Regis.

The revival of Annie, directed by Lapine and choreographed by Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler, opened on Broadway Nov. 8, 2012, at the Palace Theatre.

Annie features a Tony Award-winning book by Thomas Meehan. The original production earned seven Tony Awards including Best Musical and Best Score for its 1977 debut starring Andrea McArdle in the title role. The production ran for 2,377 performances and has enjoyed numerous national tours and a 1997 Broadway revival, which went unrecorded.
