News Listen to Lea Michele's "If You Say So," Tribute Song to Late "Glee" Co-Star and Boyfriend Cory Monteith (Audio) Lea Michele's "If You Say So," a new song off of her "Louder" album and a tribute to late "Glee" co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith, has hit the Internet. Listen to the song by the "Glee" actress and former Spring Awakening star.

Michele recently opened up to best friend Jonathan Groff in this month's issue of Teen Vogue.

On the death of "Glee" co-star Monteith, who died July 13, 2013, from a "mixed drug toxicity" of heroin and alcohol at Vancouver's Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, she told Groff, "My relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more… I somehow feel the insane love Cory and I had for each other morphed in to this strength that I have right now. There's just something about knowing he's watching everything I'm doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him. I also have a safety net below me — if I fall or if it's too much, my friends and family will be there to catch me."

In "If You Say So," from her new album, which is scheduled to drop March 3, Michele sings, "I can’t believe it's true/I keep looking for you/I check my phone and wait to hear from you in a crowded room/The joker is so cruel/And now I'll never know if all I've been told is just a lie so false/I thought we would grow old/Mirrors in the smoke/Left me here choke."
