Little By Little, the three-character romantic musical about three pals who bond between childhood and adulthood, gets its Minneapolis premiere Sept. 8-Oct. 1 at the Phoenix Playhouse.
Pterodactyl Theatre Company and The Arena Theatre and School present the staging, directed by Gregory Taylor-Giles, with musical direction by Suzanne Reyburn.
The show had its New York premiere at Off-Broadway's York Theatre in January 1999, with Darrin Baker, Liz Larsen and Christiane Noll respectively playing "Man," "Woman 1" and "Woman 2." The musical is by composer Brad Ross and lyricists Ellen Greenfield and Hal Hackady. Annette Jolles and Greenfield are credited with the story. A cast recording preserves the York's rendering of the score.
In Minneapolis, Meg Hilton, Lonny Smith and Suzy Wagner play the trio.
