In order to bring the script, staging and lighting exactly into line with the newly reopened Les Miserables on Broadway, the London production will close for 9 days, Sept. 1-9, for rehearsals and re-tooling. Unlike the Imperial Theatre production, however, the London Miz will keep all its current cast-members.
Executive producer Nick Allott is quoted as saying, "We believe the changes to the production, which are not huge but are significant, will make the show even better."
