Dress Circle, the Covent Garden-based showbiz shop that specializes in everything to do with musicals (across the world, not just the West End) was badly hit by a break-in on Aug. 13
Some goods were stolen, but the main problem was caused by a deliberately started fire in the basement that has caused considerable smoke damage. Although the shop is, regrettably, still closed, the company is trading on-line, so you can still get your favorite CDs and merchandising but without the chat and gossip that was such a feature of popping into the shop.
