Arthur Miller, Deborah Harry w/ Blondie, David Amram, Danny Hoch and Quentin Crisp will all be part of the 1999 annual Lower East Side Festival of the Arts, to be held May 28-30 in and about Theatre for the New City at First Ave. and East 10th St. The three-day fest of theater and theater-related events will also feature new works by playwrights Maria Irene Fornes, Eduardo Machado, Lissa Moira, Larry Myers and Richard West. Participating performing groups include the New York Shakespeare Festival, the Ontological Hysterical Theatre, NADA, W.O.W. Cafe, New York Theatre Workshop and Nuyorican Poets Cafe.

The weekend will commence May 28 at 6 PM in the Joyce and Seward Johnson Theatre at TNC. For further information on times and places call (212) 254 1109.
