News Marin Ireland, Tom Irwin, Marylouise Burke and More Cast in A Parallelogram at Mark Taper Forum Casting has been announced for the Mark Taper Forum production of Bruce Norris' A Parallelogram, which runs July 10-Aug. 18.

Directed by Tony Award winner Anna D. Shapiro, the cast includes Carlo Albán ("Law and Order," "Whip It"), Marylouise Burke (Is He Dead?, Into the Woods, Inherit the Wind), Tony nominee Marin Ireland (The Big Knife, After Miss Julie, Reasons To Be Pretty) and Tom Irwin (My Thing Of Love). "A Parallelogram introduces us to Bee, who believes she has the ability to know what happens in the future," press notes state. "With what appears like a little time-bending she sees how her life, and that of her boyfriend and the world at large, will play out. To the increasing concern of those around her, Bee tries to make sense of this new-found knowledge. Should she try to reinvent destiny or is the trajectory of life basically unalterable?"

The creative team for A Parallelogram includes Todd Rosenthal (set design), Alex Jaeger (costumes), James F. Ingalls (lighting) and Rob Milburn and Michael Bodeen (sound). Casting is by Erica Daniels, Erika Sellin and Mark B. Simon, and the production stage manager is David S. Franklin.
