News Martin Shaw, Robert Vaughn, Jeff Fahey and Nick Moran to Star in New West End Production of Twelve Angry Men Martin Shaw, Robert Vaughn, Jeff Fahey and Nick Moran are to star in a new production of Reginald Rose's Twelve Angry Men, best known for the 1957 film version that starred Henry Fonda, which will begin performances at the Garrick Theatre Nov. 7 prior to an official opening Nov. 11.

Produced by Bill Kenwright in association with Birmingham Repertory Theatre and Nica Burns, it will tour prior to London to Birmingham (Oct. 4-19), Norwich (Oct. 21-26) and Malvern (Oct. 28 to Nov. 2). The production will be directed by Christopher Haydon, artistic director of London's Gate Theatre.

Shaw, who will star as Juror #8 (played on film by Fonda), is best known for starring in the BBC's "Judge John Deed," "Inspector George Gently" and "The Professionals." He was last seen in the West End in The Country Girl. Other stage credits include A Man for All Seasons, An Ideal Husband and Are You Lonesome Tonight.



Vaughan, who will play Juror #9 (played in the film by Joseph Sweeney), was Oscar nominated for his performance in "The City Jungle," and he also starred opposite Steve McQueen in "The Magnificent Seven," "The Towering Inferno" and "Bullitt." TV credits include "The Man from U.N.C.L.E," "The Protectors," "The A-Team" and more recently as Albert Stoller in BBC's "Hustle" and in a guest role on "Coronation Street."

Fahey, who will play Juror #3 (played in the film by Lee J Cobb), has starred in "The Lawnmower Man" opposite Pierce Brosnan, Roberto Rodriguez's "Machete," Quentin Tarantino's "Grindhouse," Clint Eastwood's "White Hunter Black Heart." TV credits include the title role in "The Marshall" and helicopter pilot Frank Lapidus in "Lost."


Moran, who will play Juror #7 (played in the film by Jack Warden), is an actor, writer, producer and director, who is best known to movie audiences for his role as Eddy the card sharp in "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" and as Scabior in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 and Part 2."
