Second Stage's revival of That Championship Season is scheduled to begin performances March 26, with an official opening set for mid-April.

Originally produced at the Public Theater in 1972, it transferred to Broadway later that year and played a total of 844 performances on and Off-Broadway. The original cast featured Walter McGinn, Charles Durning, Michael McGuire, Paul Sorvino and Richard A. Dysart.
