News NBC's "The Voice" Will Return in February The second season of the hit NBC singing reality program "The Voice," where contestants are chosen based solely on their vocals, will kick off Feb. 5 following Super Bowl XLVI.

"Voice" coaches/judges include Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. During the upcoming season, singer-songwriters Kelly Clarkson, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds," Jewel, Miranda Lambert, Alanis Morissette, Ne-Yo, Lionel Richie and Robin Thicke will lend their knowledge as advisers to six separate artists on Teams Adam (Levine), Blake (Shelton), Cee Lo (Green) and Christina (Aguilera), respectively, during the "battle rounds" phase of the competition. Former Rent star Frenchie Davis was one of the contestants on the first season of "The Voice"; she advanced to the semi-finals round. Javier Colon was named the winner.

"The Voice" is a presentation of Talpa Productions, Mark Burnett and Warner Horizon Television. The series was created by John de Mol, who executive produces along with Burnett and Audrey Morrissey.
