News New "Lyrics & Lyricists" Season to Feature Shows Created by Molaskey, Loud, Chapin, Green and More John Pizzarelli, Jessica Molaskey, David Loud, Ted Chapin and Amanda Green will be guest artistic directors of the 92Y's celebrated American Songbook series, "Lyrics & Lyricists," in 2011. Artistic director Deborah Grace Winer will also create one of the season's shows.

All shows have a five-performance run: Saturdays at 8 PM, Sundays at 2 PM and 7 PM and Mondays at 2 PM and 8 PM.

The upcoming season will include Frank and Tony and Peggy and Me: Making Music With the Great Singers — Celebrating Bucky Pizzarelli's 85th Birthday (Jan. 8-10, 2011; Pizzarelli and Molaskey are artistic directors); On a Clear Day: The Musical Vision of Burton Lane (Feb. 12-14, 2011; Loud is artistic director); Stage Door Canteen: Broadway Responds to WWII (March 12-14, 2011; Chapin is artistic director); The Crowds at El Morocco: The Heyday Of the New York Nightclubs (April 30-May 2, 2011; Winer is artistic director); and Carried Away: Being Comden and Green (May 21-23, 2011; Green is artistic director).

Casting for the series will be announced at a later date.
