Off-Broadway's Lazer Vaudeville — which ended its run at the John Houseman Theatre May 14 — begins its new open-ended run at the Lambs Theater June 9.

The work directed by Carter Brown and choreographed by Cindy Marvell began previews Feb. 16 and opened March 9 at its previous venue, which is set to be razed.

Billed as "Cirque du Soleil meets Laurel and Hardy," "Ringling Brothers meets The Flying Karamazov Brothers" and "Mummenschanz meets MTV," the show features juggling, lasers, magic, classic screwball comedy and technology presented in a modern vaudeville show.

Lazer Vaudeville stars Carter Brown, Cindy Marvell and Nicholas Flair in the show that has toured nationally for nearly 20 years, according to creator Brown. "It's been my dream to bring contemporary vaudeville to the American stage. We are excited to create a brand new show for New York that blends technology and entertainment."

The design team for the New York staging includes Maia Robbins-Zust (set), Cory Simpson (laser) and Jennifer Johanos (costume). Jesse Manno serves as the musical director.

Tickets for Lazer Vaudeville at The Lambs Theater, 130 West 44th St. are available at the box office or by calling (212) 239-6200. For more information, visit
