Tony and Emmy Award-winning star Mandy Patinkin is getting his act together and taking it on the road to the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa, CA, where he performs for one night only Jan. 29. Audiences can expect to hear songs by Sondheim, Porter, and Rodgers & Hammerstein in addition to songs with more of an Old World flavor.
There's still no official word on the musical Captains Courageous, which Patinkin was to star in. The show is no longer on this season's lineup at the Manhattan Theatre Club -- and at this point no one knows whether or not Patinkin will ever get to 'wear the shoes of the fisherman.'
