Perlman and DeVito, join a rotating cast that includes the previously announced Tony winners Tyne Daly, Kristin Chenoweth, Mary Louise Wilson and Katie Finneran, as well as Rita Wilson and Samantha Bee.

The Ephrons' play, based on Ilene Beckerman's book of the same name, will officially open its 12-week run Oct. 1. Daryl Roth produces the work "about clothes and the memories they trigger." Three five-member casts will play four-week engagements during the run. Additional actresses are expected to be announced.

In a statement producer Roth said, "We are thrilled to welcome Rhea and Lucy to our theatrical family. Their presence on any stage at any time is always good news, but there's a special warm feeling surrounding their participation in this work; Love, Loss, and What I Wore strikes such a strong emotional chord for mothers and daughters."

Karen Carpenter directed the Monday night readings of Love, Loss, and What I Wore that were presented this past winter and spring as a benefit for Dress for Success. Carpenter will again direct the Off-Broadway engagement; a portion of the proceeds from the upcoming run will also benefit Dress for Success.
