Playbill.com has learned that the celebrated singing actress is currently scheduled to offer concerts in Alabama, New York, Nevada, Minnesota, Ohio, California, New Jersey, Florida and more. Additional tour dates are expected.

Concertgoers can expect an eclectic array of tunes from Peters' award-winning theatre and recording career.

Current tour dates follow:

March 6 at the Anniston Performing Arts Center in Anniston, AL
March 15-16 with the New York Philharmonic (Sondheim celebration)
March 22 in New York, NY for the Roundabout's Sondheim benefit
March 26 at Lynn University's Johnson Performing Arts Center in Boca Raton, FL
April 26 Sondheim benefit in New York, NY
May 1 at UNLV's Artemis Ham Theatre in Las Vegas, NV
May 7-8 at the Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis, MN
May 22 at the Landis Theatre for the Performing Arts in Vineland, NJ
Sept. 10 at Powell Symphony Hall in St. Louis, MO
Sept. 24-26 at Cincinnati Music Hall in Cincinnati, OH
Feb. 11-12, 2011 at the McCullum Theater in Palm Springs, CA

Bernadette Peters was last on Broadway in the acclaimed revival of Gypsy, for which she received a 2003 Tony Award nomination for her performance as Rose in the Sam Mendes-directed production. She won her two Tonys for her performances in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Song & Dance and Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun, and she has also starred on Broadway in Mack & Mabel, On the Town, Sunday in the Park with George, The Goodbye Girl and the original production of Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods. Peters' newest live recording, "Sondheim, Etc., Etc.—Bernadette Peters Live at Carnegie Hall (The Rest of It)," is available on the Angel Records label. Masterworks Broadway has also released a "Legends of Broadway" CD celebrating her theatrical career. Peters' screen credits are numerous.
