In the May 11 episode, which is titled "The Transfer," Tom (Christian Borle), with his sights set on the Tony, "pulls out all the stops at a Houston & Levitt tribute night, but can Julia (Debra Messing) turn away from Hit List long enough to help? Ivy (Megan Hilty) is afraid of damaging her reputation when Tom asks her to perform a risqué number. The cast of Hit List is rocked by a betrayal close to home." Anjelica Huston, Jack Davenport, Katharine McPhee, Jeremy Jordan, Krysta Rodriguez also star.
The earlier episodes of the season introduced a slew of characters as well as a new tone created by new series "showrunner" and executive producer Joshua Safran.
The four-time Tony-winning actor and writer is featured along with Michael R. Jackson, Jacquel Spivey, and more in Pride of Stage and Screen, airing on MSNBC June 26.
