They made A Connecticut Yankee sing at City Center. Encores! musical director Rob Fisher, Judith Blazer, Encores! artistic director Jack Viertel, Christine Ebersole and Henry Gibson helped bring the 1927 musical back to life with Blazer and Ebersole assaying the lead female roles and Gibson featured as King Arthur.

A Connecticut Yankee is Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's 1927 tuner about a modern-day man who finds himself in King Arthur's Court. The show is based on Mark Twain's novel, "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court." Steven Sutcliffe, Judy Blazer and Christine Ebersole starred in the concert revival.
