Daphne Rubin-Vega stars in the new musical Free to Be You and Me. TV and frequent Sondheim performer Neil Patrick Harris caught the opening night performance June 13.

Free to Be You and Me is a production based on the cult album of the same name, featuring songs by Marlo Thomas, Peter Stone, Herb Gardner Carl Reiner, Carol Hall, Sheldon Harnick and Shel Silverstein. The whimisical kids tunes include "Don't Dress Your Cat in an Apron," "Dudley Pippen and the Principal," "When We Grow Up," "My Dog is a Plumber," "William's Doll" and "It's Alright to Cry." Free to Be You and Me plays through June 30.
