The Tale of the Allergist's Wife's Michele Lee and The Rocky Horror Picture Show's Dick Cavett read the nominees for the 2001 Drama Desk Award nominees. The Producers took away the most - 14 nominations - with The Full Monty (12), Urinetown! (9), and Bat Boy (8) following. The Drama Desk Awards will be given May 20 at the F.H. LaGuardia High School Concert Hall at Lincoln Center. Lily Tomlin, who took home a Drama Desk Award for Best Actress for the original, 1986 mounting of The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe, will host this year's event.
