News PHOTO CALL: Lion King, Addams, Next to Normal and Wicked Rock Bryant Park Cast members from The Lion King, The Addams Family, Next to Normal and Wicked performed at the July 29 installment of the Broadway in Bryant Park free concert series.

The free weekly, mid-day event features musical offerings by Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. The series will continue 12:30 PM Thursdays through Aug. 12.

Performances July 22 included:

The Lion King: "Endless Night" performed by Dashaun Young, "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" performed by Dashaun Young and Chauntee Schuler, and "Shadowland" performed by Chauntee Schuler

The Addams Family: "Pulled" performed by Krysta Rodriguez, "Crazier than You" performed by Krysta Rodriguez and Wesley Taylor, and "Just Around the Corner" performed by Rachel de Benedet and cast members from The Addams Family

Next to Normal: "I Miss the Mountains" performed by Jessica Phillips, "Superboy and the Invisible Girl" performed by Meghann Fahy and Kyle Dean Massey, and "I'm Alive" performed by Kyle Dean Massey

Wicked: "Popular" performed by Katie Rose Clarke, "For Good" performed by Jennifer DiNoia and Katie Rose Clarke, and "The Wizard and I" performed by Jennifer DiNoia

Bryant Park is located on 6th Avenue between 40th and 42nd Streets. All performances are free and open to the public.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of rain, check the radio's website for changes.
