News PHOTO CALL: Maura Tierney in God of Carnage at Dublin's Gate Theatre Former "ER" star Maura Tierney stars in a new staging of Yasmina Reza's award-winning God of Carnage at the Gate Theate in Dublin, Ireland.

Directed by Alan Stanford, Tierney is joined by Owen Roe, Donna Dent and Ardal O'Hanlon.

The Gate bills the play this way: "Two sets of parents meet to resolve a conflict between their two children. What is supposed to be a civilized meeting turns into a barrage of name calling, tantrums and tears. In this hysterical comedy when the gloves come off, dirty laundry is aired and the grownups find themselves in their own playground."
