Keith Levenson directs the production with musical direction by Brent McGee and choreography by MK Lawson. The cast is headed by Jim Roumeles and Betsy Simpson as Leo and Lucille Frank, respectively, with Danielle Altieri Valdes, Shirin Clark, Jada Crump, Ruby Day, Ben DeMarco, Ross DeMarco, Victoria Dieck, Joseph Doino, Aiden Dreskin, Nashard Gales, Peter Green, Maiysha Jones-DeFreitas, Victoria Kulak, Brent McGee, Brian McNally, Casey O’Donnell, Jeremy Quinn, Larry Reina, Steven C. Rich, Jillian Marie Sayegh, Lisa Spielman, William Strong, Rrita Toka, Christopher Traina, Katharine Vaccaro, Matthew Walters-Bowens and Ashley Wool.
The musical, which is set in 1913, concerns "Leo Frank, a Brooklyn-raised Jewish man living in Georgia, [who] is put on trial for the murder of a young girl who works in his factory," according to press notes. "Already guilty in the eyes of the town, a sensationalist reporter and a janitor's false testimony seal Leo's fate. His only defenders are a governor with a conscience and his Southern wife who finds the strength and love to become his greatest champion." Here's a look at the White Plains production:
