Jonathan Marc Sherman's Things We Want, directed by Ethan Hawke, officially opened Off-Broadway Nov. 7 at Theatre Row's Acorn Theater.

The New Group presentation began previews Oct. 22, kicking off the troupe's 2007-2008 season. Billed as "a dark comedy," Things We Want follows "three brothers living together and struggling to cope after the death of both of their parents," according to The New Group. "While facing their own personal obstacles, a drastic shift in dynamics occurs when a sexy young neighbor suddenly enters their lives."
