Michael: This morning I started my two-show day by having coffee with my dear friend, next door neighbor and former Wicked castmate Lindsay Mendez. She just returned from 6 weeks in Kansas City so we had lots to catch up on.

After coffee with Lindsay I headed down the street to the gym to take a photo in front of their sign. I didn’t actually work out, I just flung a towel around my neck and had my friend Franz snap a pic.

At the end of our two-show day at Wicked we head home and on our walk we discuss how much fun we had shooting candid photos at work in support of our upcoming concert. Hope to see you there! And of course at Wicked too!

McCarthy, wig and hair design by Tom Watson, music supervision and arrangements by Stephen Oremus, orchestrations by William David Brohn and dance arrangements by James Lynn Abbott.
Wicked won Tony Awards for Costume Design, Scenic Design and Best Actress in a Musical (Idina Menzel). It was nominated as Best Musical.
