Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella was the only musical they wrote exclusively for TV. It was produced with Julie Andrews in the 1950s, Lesley Ann Warren in the 1960s and, now, with an all star cast led by Brandy on ABC-TV Nov. 2.
