News Playbill Video Launches July 24 Watch what happens when three college kids are handed a camera and a microphone and are turned loose on Broadway. Playbill.com hired three interns — Noah Siegel, Lindsey Kremer and Alex Birsh — to bring its readers interviews, behind-the-scenes access and all the excitement of Broadway during the summer months.

After a crash course in video production, these Playbill.com interns have been shooting footage in and around Times Square. Three videos, which offer a fresh look at Broadway from the viewpoint of these young adults, have already been completed. "Playbill Pass" features a couple who are treated to a surprise evening at the famed Sardi's restaurant and tickets to the Tony-winning musical Spring Awakening. After the show, the couple gets to schmooze with Tony winner John Gallagher, Jr.

In "Shakespeare in the Park," Alex, Noah and Lindsey chat with folks on the line for free tickets to the Public Theater's Romeo and Juliet.

Theatre Development Fund's Lawrence Paone is interviewed in "TKTS/South Street Seaport" as the three video interns head downtown to learn about the benefits of buying half-price tickets at the TKTS booth at the South Street Seaport.
