News Red Light Winter Star and Playwright Shift Positions for Off-Broadway's Cage Love Red Light Winter playwright Adam Rapp and star Christopher Denham will reteam on another Off-Broadway work, Cage Love, wearing different hats. This time, Rapp directs Denham's text.

Previews begin April 18 at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. The show is scheduled to open April 27 for a run through June 4.

In Cage Love, "When a woman brings charges of rape against her former lover, her husband becomes obsessed with his attempts to uncover the real truth," according to Rattlestick.

Rapp's Finer Noble Gases appeared at Rattlestick in 2004. The scribe has also penned the plays Nocturne, Stone Cold Dead Serious, Blackbird, Gompers, Bingo with the Indians, Trueblinka and Faster. He makes his Off-Broadway directorial debut with his Red Light Winter.

Denham played the young boy in the Broadway revival of Athol Fugard's Master Harold... opposite Danny Glover and Michael Boatman and also appeared Off Broadway in Charles L. Mee's Wintertime. The actor has also authored six plays including In Film, Rapist James, The Last Penitente, and The Haven Trilogy as well as two novels, "The Bellringers" and "At the Spike."

Michael John Garcés' world premiere Acts of Mercy: passion-play debuts next at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater (Feb. 8-March 19.) Cage Love replaces the previously announced staging of Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's Dark Matters.
