Carpio Discuss Spider-Man Hiatus (Video) Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark played its final performance of director Julie Taymor's original vision April 17 at 3 PM. The production is currently taking a three-week hiatus so major changes can be made to the musical.

When the production resumes performances on May 12 it will include changes to the book as well as new songs by Bono and The Edge. Opening night is set for June 14, after the longest preview period in Broadway history.

Here, Spider-Man stars Reeve Carney, who plays Peter Parker; Jennifer Damiano, who plays Mary Jane; and T.V. Carpio, who plays Arachne, talk to NY1 about how they feel about taking a break from performances at the Foxwoods Theatre.
