The reviews are rolling in for the Theatre for a New Audience production of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godotwhich began performances November 4. The long-awaited production was originally slated for March 2020, and was postponed due to the shutdown of live theatre at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is running at the Polonsky Shakespeare Center through December 3.

Arin Arbus directs Beckett's renowned play, which follows Vladimir and Estragon, who are down on their luck but always keep their meetings with Godot, a figure who promises deliverance—but never shows up.

Michael Shannon and Paul Sparks star as Estragon and Vladimir, respectively. They are joined by Toussaint Francois Battiste as a Boy, Jeff Biehl as Lucky, and Ajay Naidu as Pozzo.
