"Too Rich To Fail: A Town Hall Meeting on Americans and Their Money," presented at 8 PM, dovetails with the Public's upcoming production of Shakespeare's rarely produced Timon of Athens, which delves into the world of money and corruption. Thomas will star in the title role.

The first part of the Public Forum event will feature Thomas, Timon of Athens director Barry Edelstein and moderator Randy Cohen. The second part will include David Patrick Columbia, Katy Lederer and Bethany McLean. Jeremy McCarter will moderate.

The Public has also announced that on March 7 it will host "Imagination and Memory," a Public Forum event exploring the legacy of Anne Frank and Holocaust literature. The Public is currently presenting Compulsion, starring Mandy Patinkin, which chronicles one man's struggle to have his adaptation of Frank's story brought to life on stage.

Timon of Athens will begin performances at the Public Feb. 15. Compulsion will officially open Feb. 17.
