Riverdance, the Celtic dance sensation, will play Broadway in spring 2000. The limited engagement will play the Gershwin Theatre. No specific dates have been set. Moya Doherty will produce and John McColgan is the director.
Riverdance has previously played New York, but never Broadway specifically; past engagements in 1996, 1997 and 1998 have been at Radio City Music Hall, which is currently undergoing a major renovation.
