Following a Facebook petition to "Bring Shoshana Bean to Adelaide when she comes to Australia," the singing actress will be part of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival next month.
Bean will play the Festival's Banquet Room June 25 and 26 in a show she describes as "some good ol' dirty blues and soul." She will also be a guest vocalist in Along The Way – An Evening with Pasek and Paul.
Bean will also perform June 23 at the Brisbane Powerhouse. Tickets are on sale now through BASS Dial n Charge 131 246 or online at www.bass.net.au.
In addition to her run in Wicked on Broadway and in Jerry Mitchell's Peepshow in Las Vegas, Bean appeared in the original Broadway cast of Hairspray and in the Off-Broadway revival of Godspell.
