The Zeitgeist Theatre Company kicks off its 1999 season with a production of Something Green, a whimsical comedy about relationships written and directed by John Benjamin Martin.

Opening night is May 14 at the Whitmore/Lindley Theatre Center. The producers are Linda Martin and Edmund Gaynes. Featured in the cast are Lucy Lee Flippin, Boyd Holister, Rob Boltin, Meg Bowen, Jen Alexander, Ricardo Ibarra-Rivera, LT Fusaro, Jordan Murphy and Lisa Peterson.

Martin's previous L.A. plays include Just Like Home, Benchmark and Tower of Masks. His Most Likely To... was recently given a staged reading at PKE. He is slated to direct the film version starring Jennifer Beals and William Forsythe.
