In addition to the South Pacific cast members, the free podcasts will also feature interviews with the musical's Tony-nominated director Bartlett Sher and conductor Ted Sperling, who leads South Pacific's 30-piece orchestra.

Currently available podcasts on the Masterworks website feature interviews with Bartlett Sher, Danny Burstein and Paulo Szot. Upcoming podcasts include Sayre or O'Hara (June 17), Sperling (June 24), Sayre or O'Hara (July 1) and Morrison (July 8).

Released on the Masterworks Broadway label, the 2008 revival cast recording of South Pacific features complete lyrics, synopsis, color production photos and an essay by Lincoln Center Theater artistic director Andre Bishop.

Cable and Nellie Forbush, the song was cut from the original Broadway production but reinstated for the 1958 film adaptation. South Pacific also boasts a 30-piece orchestra performing the musical's original orchestrations by Robert Russell Bennett and dance and incidental music arrangements by Trude Rittmann.
