News Spelling Bee's Jose Llana to Be Part of Early Revue with Scott Nevins The Early Revue with Scott Nevins will return to the Metropolitan Room Aug. 14.

The evening at the new Manhattan cabaret will feature performances by The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee's Jose Llana, Altar Boyz' Tyler Maynard, recent Wicked star Marty Thomas, recording artist Zack Dobbins, XL Star's Nick Dothee and The Broadway Boys. Show time is 7 PM. Jesse Vargas will be the musical director for the evening.

Jose Llana has appeared on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Flower Drum Song, Street Corner Symphony, Rent and The King and I. His Off-Broadway credits include On the Town and Saturn Returns, and his regional work includes roles in Martin Guerre, Ballad of Little Jo and Candide. On screen Llana has been seen in "Hitch," "Sex and the City" and "Unconscious."

The Metropolitan Room is located in Manhattan at 34 West 22nd Street. There is a $20 cover charge plus minimum; call (212) 206-0440 for reservations.
