What show recently impressed you?
I have three! First Date — I just loved the cast and the energy. Trip to Bountiful because the acting was stunning, and it was so beautiful visually. And Old Friends. I love shows with strong connected ensembles who are obviously relishing in their craft.

What production are you most excited to see?
Beautiful! Jessie Mueller is one of my favorite actresses. I'd go anywhere to hear her sing. And I listened to Carole King obsessively while growing up, so a great combo.

What play/musical would you most like to revive on Broadway, and which role would you want to play?
Night, Mother. I have always loved this play. Both parts are just fantastic roles for women. Either one would be fine.

What are your current/upcoming projects?
I will be appearing in Anthem at the Baryshnikov Arts Center through Dec. 1. And, I am co-chairing the book room for the Christmas Fair at my daughter's school.
