News Sundance… Sings!, Featuring Carolee Carmello, Christine Ebersole, Judy Kuhn, Steven Pasquale, Aaron Tveit, Presented Tonight Symphony Space's 36th season of music programs, which runs September 2014-June 2015, kicks off Sept. 29 in the Peter Jay Sharp Theater with an evening entitled Sundance… Sings!

The 8 PM concert showcases the work of composers and lyricists nurtured by Sundance Theatre Lab.

Over the past decade The Sundance Institute Theatre Lab has developed work by an impressive array of composers and lyricists, including Adam Guettel, Michael John LaChiusa, Steven Lutvak, Heidi Rodewald, Duncan Sheik and Jeanine Tesori. These artists and more will have their songs brought to life by a cast that includes Carolee Carmello, Christine Ebersole, Ann Harada, Judy Kuhn, Krysta Rodriguez, Alexandra Silber, Catherine Walker, Betsy Wolfe, Renee Goldsberry, Rema Webb, David Driver, Joshua Henry, Shuler Hensley, Devin Ilaw, Telly Leung, Steven Pasquale, and Aaron Tveit.

Leigh Silverman directs with musical direction by Chris Fenwick.

Shows represented in Sundance…Sings! include Passing Strange, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, Fun Home, Grey Gardens, Little Miss Sunshine, Light in the Piazza and Spring Awakening, among others.
