Denée Benton, who earned a Tony nomination last year for her Broadway debut in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, will co-star in the new CBS pilot 25.

Deadline reports that Benton, recently seen in the MasterVoices presentation of George and Ira Gershwin’s Of Thee I Sing, will be part of a cast that also includes Matt Shively (The Real O'Neals), Emily Osment (Young & Hungry), and Jessie Ennis (Veep).

Chris Koch will direct the pilot penned by Hilary Winston.

25 concerns Kyle (Shively), who arrives in Austin ready to convince Kate (Osment), his former camp best friend, that they are meant for each other. Kate, however, just became engaged. Benton will play Kate’s roommate and best friend Morgan.
