Dirty Blonde actor Kevin Chamberlin and the Tony Award nominations will be on the agenda of the May 11 edition of "Theater Talk," the PBS show devoted to the world of the stage, hosted by Michael Riedel of The New York Post and Susan Haskins.
The show leads off with a sorting and sifting of the Tony noms, announced on May 8. Joining Riedel and Haskins in the discussion will be Robin Pogrebin, theatre reporter for the New York Times, and Robert Simonson, editor of Playbill On-Line.
Next, Chamberlin will chat about his Tony-nominated performance in the Tony-nominated play Dirty Blonde. Chamberlin's many credits include As Thousands Cheer and Triumph of Love.
The show airs May 12 at 12:30 AM (a half hour later than usual), and will re-air on MetroArts Thirteen, Saturday, at 10 PM (check local Cablevision listings for time and channel); and Friday at 12:30 AM in Boston on WGBH. (Check local listings.)
