The 52nd Annual Theatre World Awards, recognizing outstanding new acting talent in Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, were announced May 6.
The awards are given by Theatre World, the annual yearbook of photos and production information, published by Applause Books.

An award for Outstanding Ensemble Debut was made to the cast of An Ideal Husband. The awards will be bestowed in a May 20 ceremony at the Roundabout Theatre on Broadway.
Photos of the winners will be published in the 1995-96 Theatre World yearbook.
Awards were chosen by a committee consisting of: Clive Barnes of The New York Post, Frank Scheck of the Christian Science Monitor and Stage, Michael Sommers of the Newhouse Papers and the Newark Star-Ledger, Douglas Watt of The Daily News, and John Willis of Theatre World.
