News Theatregoers and Theatre Community Invited to Share Remembrances of Theodore Mann On Special Tribute Page Circle in the Square Theatre School is inviting the theatre-going public, the theatre community and those who worked with Theodore Mann, Circle in the Square's co-founder, artistic director and co-producer who passed away Feb. 24, to share their remembrances of Mann.

Paul Libin, President of Circle in the Square Theatre School, announced that a special "Remembering Theodore Mann" tribute page has been created at the School's website to gather these memories and recollections.

"Ted was a major force in today's theater," said Libin, who was Mann's business partner for nearly 50 years, in a statement. "So many people have wonderful personal remembrances that not only pay tribute to Ted, but in their telling add even more to the rich history of this theater. We wanted to provide a way for those remembrances to be preserved so future generations have a perspective about the role Theodore Mann and Circle in the Square played in affecting the course of American theater. Through their reflections theater persons everywhere will have an opportunity to participate in recording Circle's history."

Tributes from Al Pacino, Vanessa Redgrave and others in the theatre community have already been posted at the tribute page.

Libin is also encouraging tax-deductible donations to be made in Mann's honor to Circle in the Square Theatre School. The funds will support the School's training and outreach programs.
