Robert E. Wankel will serve as chairman of the board, Albert Nocciolino will be vice chairman of the board and David Richards will serve as secretary/treasurer.

Wankel is the President and  Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Shubert Organization, Inc. as well as a member of the Board of The Shubert Organization and The Shubert Foundation. He is a member of the executive committee and board of governors of The Broadway League and a member of the executive committee of the board of governors of the Times Square Alliance. He is also chairman emeritus and trustee of the Board of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts as well as an officer and director of The Actors Studio. Wankel serves on the boards of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and is Chairman of the Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation.

Nocciolino serves as President and CEO of NAC Entertainment, Ltd., a company he founded in 1976, and produced and co-produced Broadway shows on Broadway and national touring shows across the country. Richards is the founder of Richards/Climan, Inc. with Tamar Haimes. Recent credits include You Can't Take It With You, All The Way, Cinderella and others.

The Broadway League membership includes theatre owners, producers, presenters from around the country, press agents, general managers, booking agents, advertising agencies and industry specialists who represent the various shops that construct scenery, costumes and props.
