Lead producers Michael Cohl and Jeremiah J. Harris also announced Jan. 25 that tickets are on sale for the 8 PM preview performance Feb. 7. That performance was previously reserved for the show's opening night, which was again delayed to March 15.
In a statement Cohl said, "We’re thrilled that audiences have responded so enthusiastically to Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, even before our Opening Night...We look forward to announcing further blocks of tickets on sale for a long time to come.”
Julie Taymor directs the $65 million musical, which features music and lyrics by Bono and The Edge and a a book co-written by Taymor and Glen Berger
