News Tickets on Sale Aug. 25 for Broadway Revival of Macbeth, Starring Ethan Hawke Tickets for the Lincoln Center Theater revival of Macbeth, starring Ethan Hawke and Anne-Marie Duff, go on sale Aug. 25 to the general public.

Tony Award-winning director Jack O'Brien (The Nance) will helm Macbeth, which begins Oct. 24 and will officially Nov. 21 at the Vivan Beaumont Theater. Hawke ("Before Midnight") will star in the title role. The two previously collaborated on the LCT productions of The Coast of Utopia and Henry IV at the Beaumont.

Duff, who is currently starring in London in the National Theatre’s production of Strange Interlude, will co-star as Lady Macbeth. She was also nominated for an Olivier Award and won the London Critics Circle Award for her performance in the title role of St. Joan, also at the National. She has starred on British television in "Elizabeth – The Virgin Queen."

It will have set design by Scott Pask, costumes by Catherine Zuber, lighting by Japhy Weideman and original music and sound design by Mark Bennett.

Additional casting will be announced at a later time.

Performances will be Tuesday-Saturday at 8 PM with matinees Wednesday and Saturday at 2 PM and Sunday at 2 PM. Beginning Nov. 26, all Tuesday evening performances will begin at 7 PM.
