Tony Award winner Betty Buckley, who recently thrilled the Broadway Backwards audience with her medley of Sweeney Todd tunes, offers concerts in Manhattan and Boston March 16 and 17, respectively.

The Cats and Sunset Boulevard star performs at Manhattan's B.B. King Blues Club & Grill March 16 at 8 PM; doors open at 6 PM. Then, the Olivier nominee will play Boston's Regattabar March 17 at 7:30 PM and 10 PM.

The singing actress will be backed by pianist Christian Jacob, bass player Scott Lee and drummer Joe Strasser.

Audiences can expect to hear tunes from Buckley's eclectic repertoire, including some of her favorite songs as well as selections from her critically acclaimed Ah, Men! The Boys of Broadway: "Corner of the Sky," "I Can See It," "Venice," "More I Cannot Wish You" and the aforementioned Sweeney Todd Suite.

Betty Buckley offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter. Her screen credits are numerous.

The singing actress will release her latest solo recording, "Ghostlight," which was produced by T Bone Burnett, later this year. For more information go to
