The evening will be held Nov. 22 in Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall beginning at 6 PM. Honorees are the foundations founders—the Golick family—and Human Genome Sciences/GlaxoSmithKline.

Highlights will include a cocktail reception, sit-down dinner and a live and silent auction. Proceeds from the event support the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation’s ongoing care of those in New York City suffering from the autoimmune disease.

For the past 40 years, the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation has "brought awareness and aid to lupus patients in New York City. It provides the most services to those with lupus and continues to extend its reach throughout the five boroughs," according to a press statement.

A Tony Award winner for her work in Nine, Jane Krakowski was previously seen on Broadway in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express and the Roundabout revival of Stephen Sondheim's Company. She also appeared in the original cast of Grand Hotel, but may be best known for her work on TV's "Ally McBeal" and, now, "30 Rock." Krakowski was also part of the City Center Encores! Summer Stars production of Damn Yankees.

Individual tickets range from $1,000 - $1,500, and tables start at $10,000. To reserve tickets or for more information, contact the foundation at (212) 685-4118 or visit LupusNY.org.
