Tony Award-winner Michele Pawk (Hollywood Arms, Cabaret, Seussical) stars in the show penned by Joe Miloscia (book and lyrics) and Kenneth Kacmar (music). Dance legend Marge Champion handles the musical staging. Music direction is by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. Matt August directs a cast that includes Heather Ayers, Elizabeth Bauer, Justin Brill, Amanda Butterbaugh, Susann Fletcher, David Robeano, Erica Schroeder, Jamison Stern, Patrick Ryan Sullivan, Doug Trapp and Lee Zarret.

According to the announcement, "It's Christmas Eve, there's a clot in the royal Danish bloodline, and an irreverent cast of characters creates comic chaos as they vie for some fancy — and very magical — footwear."

Performances (in staged reading form) are 5 PM Sept. 30 and 4 PM Oct. 1 at The Lion Theater in the Theater Row complex, 410 W. 42nd St. For reservations, email [email protected] or call (646) 823-4823. For more information, visit http://www.iftheshoefitsmusical.com.
