News Westboro Baptist Church Protests Kristin Chenoweth Concert The controversial Westboro Baptist Church has announced that they plan to protest the Oct. 2 Manhattan, KS concert of Tony Award-winning Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth.

Chenoweth is currently on tour and scheduled to perform Oct. 2 at the McCain Auditorium in Manhattan, KS, where the religious group plans to protest between 6:45-7:30 PM.

The star of Wicked and On the Twentieth Century, who co-hosted the Tony Awards earlier this year, has long been an ally of the LGBT community alongside her faith, describing herself as a "non-judgmental, liberal Christian."

"NO baby, you are NOT Chrisitan," states the WBC flyer. "God save a blessed life; but you strayed for sin and vice! You made the f*gs a god, your future without hope," it continues.
