The evening, entitled Wicked Under the Covers, will benefit Being Alive San Diego and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Cast and crew members — including Katie Rose Clarke (Glinda), Richard H. Blake (Fiyero) and Merideth Kaye Clark (Elphaba standby) — will perform covers of their favorite music. Show time is 11:30 PM.
In keeping with the 'under the covers' theme and the late-night hour, press notes state, "sleepwear is encouraged, both for the performers and the audience!"
A live and silent auction will also be part of the event.
