News   Will Eno's Thom Pain (Based on Nothing) to Be Revived at London's Print Room
Will Eno's Thom Pain (based on nothing) will be revived at London's Print Room in Notting Hill, beginning performances Sept. 15 prior to an official opening Sept. 20, for a run through Oct. 13.

Simon Evans directs this one-man show of a young man's anguished journey to adulthood. First performed in 2004 at Soho Theatre, it was a finalist for the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Evans has previously worked as staff director at the National Theatre, creative associate for the Bush Theatre, and resident assistant director at the Donmar Warehouse. His credits include Madness In Valencia (Trafalgar Studios) and Skyscraper (Public Theater, New York). He is currently artistic director at Black and White Rainbow.

In a press statement, Anda Winters, artistic director of the Print Room, commented, "We're very excited to be working with Will Eno and Simon Evans to stage a piece we feel is perfect for our intimate space.  I’ve admired Will Eno's work for some time with its strong individual characters and wonderfully detailed observation. Simon is the ideal director for the piece, a great young talent we are looking forward to seeing in action."
